In response to yesterday’s declaration of a State of Emergency in Montgomery County, Glen Reformed Church will comply by canceling all church activities, including worship services, through April 1st. This date is subject to change depending on circumstances.
We share the county executive’s concern about the present conditions and we choose to be part of the solution to avoid spread of the COVID19 virus.
The mid-week ecumenical Lenten services held on Wednesday evenings have also been canceled. Plans are still in place at this time to hold an annual outdoor sunrise worship service at 6:30 a.m. on Easter morning. The location of this special service will be announced at a later date.
